NYT/Media Decoder: Tweeting Your Way to a Scholarship

To celebrate the 220th anniversary of the First Amendment, the campaign 1 for All is offering scholarships to students who sent Twitter messages about the First Amendment.

….Wow! I wish I’d known about this! This is an awesome way to give funding using real-time media. I wonder how many students actually participated, I would have put that on blast. I know a lot of Twitter happy students that could have had that Scholarship in the bag. I need to keep a look out for more opportunities like this.
